PITCH CHANGE HEAD
Features
A dual wedge type variable head with wedges designed in two rows to handle variable operations.
Shows the best precision among variable pitch heads with repeatability within ±25µm over 100,000 operations.
Motor-driven operation allows free equal spacing adjustment within pitch conversion specifications.

Variable Principle

Precisely converts PITCH along the wedge. The constraint CAM method is used to minimize backlash, and various pitch implementations are possible by changing the wedge angle and size. The structure is more sophisticated than LINK or general CAM methods, enabling high-precision pitch conversion.
