Precision motion within a compact envelope

Motion module design starts with the installation envelope, travel and workpiece load. The arrangement of the drive, guides and shaft is considered alongside part tolerances and assembly access to translate the intended motion into the machine.

Electromagnetic Field Design and Simulation for Equipment Motors

We possess expertise in the electromagnetic field design of various motors, including IPM, SPM, and AFPM. Using advanced electromagnetic field analysis tools such as Maxwell and JMAG, we precisely perform magnetic circuit design and optimization, static/transient analysis, structural design considering rotor strength and mechanical stability, insulation design for electrical components, and thermal analysis comprehensively. Connecting motor force with sensor feedback

Precision motion relies on stable power and accurate feedback as well as the motor. Power and drive paths, encoder signals and external controller interfaces are considered together to connect mechanical and electromagnetic design with the control system.
