Newly Enhanced Hybrid Picker
This is the newly enhanced hybrid picker AERO series, which integrates PSMP’s motion technology with the existing hybrid picker.
While economy and precision have been upgraded, the size and weight have been made more compact.
Picker Cylinder with Rotational Servo Control
Z-axis motion is driven by a cylinder, while R-axis motion is controlled by an integrated rotational servo motor, enabling position control, speed control, and acceleration control.
With repeatability of less than 0.01°, workpieces can be placed at desired positions with extreme precision.
Built-in Spring Cushion
A spring cushion is built into the mechanism to minimize impact on products during pick-up operations, and the pressing pressure can be adjusted.
